Samantha has exclusively practiced family law in South Carolina since 2015. Samantha’s creative approach to solving clients’ problems, combined with her compassion and attention to detail, is a valued component of the team at Rhea & Hattaway Family Law. Her experience, along with her exceptional organization and insight, allows Samantha to successfully advise her clients while keeping their personal goals and any potential obstacles at the forefront of her approach. Samantha is accustomed to handling a variety of complex family law matters. She understands that each case is unique and works with you as the client to get you the best outcome possible. Her practice includes separate support and maintenance, divorce, child custody and visitation, equitable distribution (property division), alimony, child support, modification actions, contempt actions, and other family court matters.
Samantha is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in South Carolina. Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, sports, and spending time with her family.
